Thanks for stopping by! I’m Abigail. I believe that living healthy is a lifelong pursuit and that language has the power to transform lives. These beliefs + my experience = why I am a health writer.
I hold a B.A. in health communications from Grand Valley State University and I am a certified personal fitness trainer (CPFT-NEST) through the American Council on Exercise. For 8 years I’ve curated content for health companies and used digital media to reach people. I started this blog to dive deeper into my favorite topics: women’s health & wellness.
You can find me outside (if possible) every day, moving my body. I love high-intensity or low-intensity workouts. And, I love fueling my body with whole foods so I can stay active with hobbies like hiking, skiing, biking, or do daily motions like lifting my baby without pain.
My husband and my kids are my greatest joys. You’ll find us spending time together as a family eating Thai food, dreaming of building a mountain cabin, dancing to Caravan Palace, or hiking.
